Regina Caballeros, left, activity director, helps 99-year-old Hulda Melbo with a necklace Sunday after Melbo won the second annual Mother’s Day Queen Pageant at Ashley Health and Rehabilitation in Rogers. The 32 competing contestants were escorted “on stage” by members of the Rogers fire and police departments where they were judged in several different categories such as stage presence and interview response.
