The state Legislature was looking at a bill that would allow those students who graduated from Arkansas high schools to pay in-state college tuition, even if they are in the country illegally. The bill didn’t advance from committee, Aguayo said.

The Starr Theatre is one of the spaces that is targeted for improvements in the renovation and expansion plans for the Walton Arts center in Fayetteville.
