Jeff Antuma, right, a third-grade teacher at Thomas Jefferson Elementary School, writes a letter Thursday on the hands of Nathan Harrington, 8, left, and Paxton Splittorff, 10, during a combined running practice session for Jefferson and Sugar Creek Elementary School students at the track at old Tiger Stadium in Bentonville. About 130 students from the two schools have been practicing twice a week for the Gold Rush 5K and Fun Run on May 3. For each lap the children completed they received a letter that eventually spelled the phrase “You Rock.”
