Ethel Collins, right, and her sister-in-law, Charlene Collins, center, shop for apples at Jim McGuire’s stand Thursday at the Springdale Farmers Market at the Jones Center. The Collins are using Farmers Market Seniors’ Coupons to help with their purchases. Qualifying seniors can get $50 to help make purchases and get matching money through another grant up to an extra $30 through the market. The market continues from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at the Jones Center and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday and from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday until Oct. 27 at Shiloh Square.
