Springdale police officers take Noah Dillaplane into custody Tuesday in the parking lot in front of the J&S Taxes office on the 200 block of South Thompson in Springdale. Dillaplane, police said, tried to shoot another man in the parking lot of the Advance Auto Parts store a block away, but was caught trying to hide in the tax office building after asking to use their phone.
