Eastside Elementary students frolic under a parachute-like tarp Friday with help from teacher Linda Cordero, right, during a field day at the Rogers school. Students and teachers worked as a team with the tarp to toss objects, including a rubber chicken, high in the air. After the toss, students explored underneath the fabric. The day included several relay races, ball games and a limbo contest.
