Jozlynn Smith, 2, walks with a handful of flags Saturday as she places them with her parents, Tony and Jessica Smith of Fayetteville, on the graves at the Fayetteville National Cemetery. About 8,000 flags were placed on the graves by volunteers. The cemetery will hold a Memorial Day ceremony at 10 a.m. Monday.
