Chickens briefly stopped traffic along Hudson Road on Tuesday May 7 2013 morning after several apparently fell from a passing poultry truck. Sybil Bielawaski was working at Rockwell Farms Nursery on Hudson Road and said she saw the chickens falling to the pavement as the poultry truck passed. Chickens, alive and dead, were scattered along Hudson Road from about 34th Street eastward to 13th Street. Workers from the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department and city of Rogers animal services picked up the birds.
