Bentonville schoolchildren and their running buddies take off Friday at the start of the Gold Rush Fun Run in downtown Bentonville. About 2,700 participants registered for the event, in its fourth year, held to benefit the Bentonville Public Schools Foundation. The Gold Rush also featured a 5K race.
