A rally was held at the Northwest Arkansas Worker’s Justice Center to support federal and state immigration reform. The state Legislature was looking at a bill that would allow those students who graduated from Arkansas high schools to pay in-state college tuition, even if they are in the country illegally. The bill didn’t advance from committee, Aguayo said.
