Rain trickles down on the Apollo Theater Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at its location at 308 W. Emma Ave. in Springdale. The building was recently declared unsafe by the Building Department of the City of Springdale and Springdale firefighters will not go inside the building in the event of a fire because of safety concerns.
