Even metal-frame doors such as the ones at the Arkansas Revenue Office’s Benton County annex in Rogers wear out after being opened and closed thousands of times. That’s why Wayne Hawley, left, and Matt Sears worked Wednesday replacing the front doors of the building at Third and Poplar streets in Rogers. People shaking the doors when they are locked don’t help matters, noted one county employee.
