Tibetan monk Yeshe Topgyal (above) chants during an opening ceremony for the Yamantaka sand mandala and thangka exhibit Sunday at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Fayetteville. Monks will work to complete the mandala, a sand drawing used in meditation and ceremonies from 9-11 a.m. and 2-5 p.m. daily through Saturday before a closing ceremony is held at 5 p.m. Sunday.
