Construction crews work Tuesday on a floor of the new Sterling Frisco apartment complex on the corner of West Maple Street and North West Avenue in Fayetteville. The modern-style apartments are geared toward University of Arkansas students and feature a variety of amenities and are planned to be open for students by the fall semester.
