Nicolas Lorennij, left, gets limber with other athletes during a speed and agility class Tuesday at the Rogers Activity Center. The six-week class for youths age 8 to 19 “is all about getting faster,” said coach Wes O’Neal, a former Arkansas Razorbacks defensive player. The class helps the upper and lower body work together and benefits youths who play any sport where running takes place. The next class begins March 4.
