Justin Blisard, owner of Siloam Springs-based Platinum Hydro-Grass, walks between Southwest Regional Airport Boulevard and Southwest 14th Street on Southwest I Street Tuesday morning in Bentonville spreading a grass mixture. Blisard sprayed the mixture about 1.5 miles each way covering the topsoil between the sidewalk and the curb.
