Kiera Ainsworth, a Holt Middle School sixth-grader, is eliminated as she incorrectly spells a word during the Holt Middle School spelling bee Friday afternoon in Fayetteville. Seventh-grader Alex Lim went on to win the bee and will move onto the next round to compete in the Washington County Spelling Bee with the winner of that advancing to the Arkansas State spelling bee in Little Rock to qualify for the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington.
