Officer Hunter Carnahan with the Greenland Police Department and a school resource officer for Greenland School District, recently completed specialized SWAT training for responses to school crises. Carnahan has collected donations of equipment, such as crowbars, mauls and hammers, that he is making available to area agencies and is offering training for responses to school-shooting situations.
