Missy was one of four fourth-graders selected to receive an award for her essay. In September, the Peel Mansion hosted their annual School Days event where 722 fourth-graders learned about life as a pioneer and Arkansas history. After the event, students had the opportunity to enter the 10th annual School Days Essay Contest and compete for top honors and prizes.
