Ann Roberts, center, hangs a plaque dedicating The Rev. Dr. Maurice E. Roberts Chapel on Nov. 16 at the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks in Fayetteville. Roberts is the widow of Dr. Roberts who passed away last year and served as the chaplain for the Veterans Administration for 26 years.
