Santiago Rodriguez, (above) 17, walks with his sousaphone lit with lights down the parade route Friday at Pinnacle Hills Promenade in Rogers during the Silver Star Holiday Parade. The event, sponsored by Camp Alliance and Pinnacle Hills Promenade, was held to honor and support military personnel. The event concluded with Santa and Mrs. Claus riding on the top of a Rogers Fire Department engine at the end of the parade.
