Cody Anglin of Bentonville enjoys a free hot dog lunch Saturday at the dedication of the new Austin-Baggett Park, the newest park in the Bentonville parks system. The park is named for longtime City Council members Ed Austin and Mary Baggett. Playground equipment, tables, benches and lots of green space are some amenitites at the park at 106 S.E. “D” St. Bentonville now has 22 parks, said David Wright, parks and recreation director.
