Rachel Stephens, a University of Arkansas freshman from Memphis and member of Alpha Omicron Pi sorority, decorates on Monday the window of Monroe Boutique on West Dickson Street in Fayetteville for the university’s homecoming parade, which begins at 6 p.m. Friday. Sororities and fraternities at the university compete in decorating businesses for the parade, which has the theme “A Hog Holiday,” with judging scheduled for today.
